Refund and Returns Policy

At CharmsLuxe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you purchase as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

For an order containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts when you receive the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Products should be returned in appropriate condition. You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective, we sent the wrong product, or we failed to inform you in advance that return costs would apply.

4. Refunds

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option, within 14 days.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, please contact us at info@charmsluxe.com.

Under applicable EU consumer law, consumers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Where a product is defective and must be returned under your legal guarantee rights, the applicable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are legally exempt from the withdrawal right, where applicable, such as certain personalized or made-to-order products, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other statutory exceptions.
