Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within these countries.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Amsterdam) will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed within a maximum of 12 hours.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

After shipment, orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
